We are blessed with a large building housing a wide variety of meeting spaces to suit an assortment of needs. With a variety of rooms seating from 5 to 150 we likely have a great space for your meeting, class, conference or party at very competitive rates. Our first floor rooms are now much more accessible via our new disabled access platform lift.
To the rear of the building we have our very own private car park that can hold around 35 cars with plenty of space in the adjacent roads. We have free WiFi throughout the whole building, making sure that you are well connected!

Our Kitchens
We have a large well equipped ground-floor kitchen and a smaller first floor kitchen. Either can be made available for the preparation of drinks and light snacks at a cost of £11.50 per booking. These are shared use facilities and you may be required to share the kitchen space with other users of the building. If you would like to have use of a kitchen, please mention this when you book.
If you need to take advantage of full cooking facilities this will come at fee of £14.50 per booking and may only be possible subject to other bookings we have at the same time. We would also need to see an appropriate hygiene certificate.
Our Halls
We are blessed with two large halls to meet the needs of larger groups or activities that require that bit more space. Both halls can be equipped with tables and chairs, and both are close to kitchen areas suitable for light refreshments.
Hall A is our main hall. Situated on the ground floor the hall is around 13 metres by 15 metres and can accommodate up to 180 people when seated. The hall has a hard wooden floor and is well-lit. It is immediately next to our main kitchen with a hatch opening for serving food and drinks.
This hall is ideal for children’s parties, large meetings, table top sales and exhibitions. Large tables (180cm x 70cm) and plenty of chairs are available in adjacent stores. A piano is also available for use in this room.
Projection and amplification in Hall B can generally be made available at the cost of £50 per booking. This is subject to the availability of technical staff and should be requested when booking.
The smaller of our two halls, Hall B is located on the first floor (accessible by stairs and disabled access platform lift). It’s approximately 9 metres by 14 metres and can seat up to 80 people. The hall has 8 folding tables (120cm by 70cm) and plenty of seating. There is a small kitchen adjacent with a small hatch suitable for serving snacks and hot or cold drinks. This room also has a piano.
This is a great space for smaller parties, exercise classes and medium-sized meetings.

Room 1 (30 People)
Measuring approximately 8 metres by 6 metres this ground floor room has a wooden floor, which is tiled with vinyl tiles. It can seat up to 30 people and is suitable for smaller meetings. There are no large chairs/tables in this room as it is used by the Pre-School during the daytime, but chairs and/or tables can be brought in from the chair store off the main hall. The room has a large LCD screen (with HDMI connectivity) suitable for presentation use by prior arrangement.
Room 2 (20 People)
Measuring approximately 9 metres by 6 metres this ground floor room has a wooden floor, which is carpeted. It can seat up to 20 people and is suitable for smaller meetings or small active groups such as Pilates or Tai Chi. There are no large chairs/tables in this room as it is used by the Pre-School during the daytime, but chairs and/or tables can be brought in from the chair store off the main hall. The room has a large LCD screen (with HDMI connectivity) suitable for presentation use by prior arrangement.
Room 3 (20 People)
Situated on the ground floor and measuring approximately 6 metres square Room 3 (the church parlour) has a carpeted wooden floor. The room can seat approximately 20 people and has two folding tables and a table normally used in a meeting setting. This room is most suited for meetings and devotional groups. A large LCD screen (with HDMI connectivity) is available for use by prior arrangement. A piano is available in this room.
Room 4 (10 People)
Situated on the ground floor and measuring approximately 4 metres square this room is carpeted and suitable for small meetings of up to 11 people. It is furnished with 11 chairs and a table for this purpose. The room is also equipped with a large LCD screen (with HDMI connectivity) for use by prior arrangement.
Room 7 (30 People)
This newly refurbished large room is our newest “meeting” space. Developed as part of the “Connect” project this room is suitable for group meetings or training sessions. Situated on the first floor, Room 7 is approximately 5 metres by 8 meters and can seat up to 30 in various configurations. The room is equipped with a large LCD screen (with HDMI connectivity) and is an excellent meeting or presentation space.
